因為看到餐廳網路美美的照片,就很想去喝喝看,但價格才知道一杯要10美元呀~那就上網自己做嘍~自己做真是好喝,打了一大桶,全家喝光光~

芒果的鮮甜配上墨西哥辣椒粉,真是奇妙對味的組合,又加上汽泡水,多增些浪漫氣氛~

兩人份材料
瑪格烈特Mix 淹過芒果丁 ( Costco買的塑膠瓶那種,一份兩瓶)
新鮮芒果 菲律賓芒果一顆切丁
冰塊與芒果份量相同
水 瑪格烈特Mix 的1/4
無味汽泡水約杯子的一分
冰塊 與芒果份量相同

做法
1. 杯緣用檸檬邊擦邊擠出汁來,再沾墨西哥 Tajin chile powder

2. 全部混合用果汁機打成冰沙,嚐味道,再倒入杯中八分滿,再加入汽泡水就多加些~放上檸檬片當裝飾


**沒有墨西哥辣椒粉,可用鹽和少許辣椒混合替代。

Mango Margarita 調酒

1 cup ice
1 lime wedge
3 ounces silver tequila
1 small mango—peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped (3 ounces)
1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chile powder, such as Tajin (see Note)
2 ounces orange liqueur
1 1/2 ounces agave nectar
3 ounces grapefruit soda


Spread the chile powder in a dish. Moisten the rim of a margarita glass with the lime wedge; dip the rim in the chile powder to coat. In a blender, puree the mango. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into the glass and serve.

Notes Tajin chile powder gets its tang from dehydrated lemon juice.
